Terms of Use
Peptide Buddy is a local-first tracking and calculation tool. The app does not provide medical advice, does not sell or supply medical products, and does not determine whether any substance, dose, treatment, schedule, or administration method is appropriate or safe for you.
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use apply to your use of the Peptide Buddy mobile app. By using Peptide Buddy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. App Use
Peptide Buddy lets you record local inventory, vials, logs, reminders, notes, metrics, and calculator entries. Calculator results are based on the information you enter. You are responsible for checking the accuracy, units, labels, and meaning of your own entries before relying on them.
3. No Medical Advice
Peptide Buddy is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The app does not replace professional medical judgment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Peptide Buddy does not provide prescriptions, dosing instructions, treatment recommendations, safety assessments, or instructions for obtaining, preparing, administering, or using medicines, peptides, supplements, or other substances.
4. No Sale Or Supply Of Products
Peptide Buddy does not sell, supply, promote, or facilitate the sale of prescription drugs, controlled substances, unapproved medical products, peptides, supplements, or related products. Any substances or labels you enter are your own user-created records.
5. Peptide Buddy Pro Subscriptions
Some app features or limits may require an active Peptide Buddy Pro subscription. Peptide Buddy Pro subscriptions are purchased through Google Play Billing and may be managed through Google Play.
The purchase screen shown by Google Play provides the final price, billing period, taxes where applicable, renewal terms, and other purchase details before you confirm a subscription. Peptide Buddy reads product and price information from Google Play or RevenueCat and should not be treated as the final purchase confirmation screen.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play before renewal. If you cancel, Pro access may continue until the end of the current billing period unless Google Play or applicable law provides otherwise.
If a free trial is offered, it automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled through Google Play before the trial ends.
6. Cancellation And Refunds
Subscription cancellation and refund handling for Android purchases is managed through Google Play. Peptide Buddy may provide links to manage subscriptions or open RevenueCat Customer Center, but uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.
7. Privacy And Data
Peptide Buddy is designed as a local-first app. For details about local data, purchase processing, deletion, and support requests, read the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page.
8. Availability And Changes
Peptide Buddy may change, add, or remove app features, Pro features, prices, legal pages, or supported platforms over time. Changes may be needed for technical, product, legal, store-policy, or security reasons.
9. Use At Your Own Responsibility
Peptide Buddy is provided as a software tool. You are responsible for your decisions, records, exports, and device security. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Peptide Buddy is not responsible for medical decisions, health outcomes, data entry errors, exported files, or third-party services outside the app.
